Scope of Work

The work under this Contract generally consists of the reconstruction of Nesbitt Crescent & Vanier Avenue from Nellis Street to Nellis Street.

Without limiting the scope of the Contract, the work generally includes:

  • Removal of asphalt, curb, sidewalk, driveways, road base, sewers and streetlights, 
  • Supply & install sanitary sewer (150 to 375 mm diameter) and appurtenances,
  • Supply & install storm sewer (250 to 300 mm diameter) and appurtenances,
  • Supply & install watermain (150 to 200 mm diameter) and appurtenances,
  • Supply & install streetlight wire and appurtenances,
  • Supply & install concrete curb and sidewalk,
  • Supply & place roadway granulars and base asphalt and
  • Restore driveways, retaining walls and landscape.
