Scope of Work

The work under this contract generally consists of the reconstruction of Park Row  from Ingersoll Road to Mill Street.

Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes:

  • Removal of asphalt, road base, sewers and sidewalk,
  • Supply & install sanitary sewer (200 to 525 mm diameter) & appurtenances,
  • Supply & install storm sewer (250 to 600 mm diameter) & appurtenances,
  • Supply & install watermain (200 mm diameter) & appurtenances,
  • Supply & install curb & sidewalk,
  • Supply & place roadway granulars & base asphalt and
  • Restore driveways & boulevards.
