Overview

  1. The City of Woodstock is prequalifying contractors to provide Pond Cleanout and Restoration Construction services for Southside Pond located within Southside Park in the City of Woodstock, more particularly described in Schedule 1 – Statement of Work (the “Work”) and outlined in Schedule 2- Prequalification drawings.
  2. The City will verify that all RFI requirements have been complied with. Any response disqualified because of this review will not proceed to the next stage.  The City wishes to Prequalify Bidders who will be eligible to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal/Tender (“RFP”/”RFT”) process relating to the services.  The City reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept proposals from proponents that have not been pre-qualified through these Bid Documents. An invitation will be sent to the successful Bidders to initiate the RFP/RFT process.
