Scope of Work

The work under this Contract generally consists of the reconstruction of Pittock Park Road from Frederick Street to Oxford Road 17.

Without limiting the scope of the Contract, the work generally includes:

  • Removal of asphalt, road base, sewers, and sidewalk,
  • Supply & install sanitary sewer (200 mm diameter) & appurtenances,
  • Supply & install storm sewer (250 to 600 mm diameter) & appurtenances,
  • Supply & install watermain (150 mm diameter) & appurtenances,
  • Supply & install asphalt multi-use trail and concrete sidewalk,
  • Supply & place roadway granulars & base asphalt, and
  • Restore driveways, boulevards & ditches.
