Intent The intent of this tender call is to obtain an offer to perform work to The Corporation of the City of Woodstock is calling for complete tenders from qualified bidders to provide all labour, equipment and materials to construct the Addition & Renovation to the South Gate Centre, located a 191 Wellington Road South, Woodstock, ON, for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Intent includes, Construction of a New Addition, Construction of Renovated Areas, complete with New Site Work, Demolition & Removals, and Abatement of Renovated Areas of Work. Refer to Section 01 11 00, Summary of Work. State, where noted in the Tender Form, the number of days/weeks required to complete the Work from date of Letter of Acceptance of Bid and be prepared to perform within the stated time frame.
