The City of Woodstock invites qualified contractors to submit a proposal for the installation of the following building elements noted in the specifications section on Page 16.  The intent of this tender is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services required to:

1. Renovate the existing office and reception, concession and janitor areas and add new offices and a boardroom as noted in the design drawings, and scope of work section in the tender documents. 
2. In addition to the above overview and the scope of work outlined in the tender documents the following items apply:
3. Complete the project following the City of Woodstock guidelines.
4. Complete project in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements, 
5. Existing HVAC equipment is to be protected from construction dust and debris.
6. Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program.
