Scope of Work

The intent of this tender is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services required to:
a) Removal of existing partition wall sections, masonry block, windows, lighting and electrical as noted in the demolition drawings.
b) Relocation of existing fire alarm.
c) Supply and installation of new exterior wall section.
d) Complete the project following the City of Woodstock guidelines.
e) Complete project in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements,
f) Existing HVAC equipment is to be protected from construction dust and debris.
g) Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program.
