Scope of Work

The work under this contract generally consists of the removal of sediment from the Community Complex (C-27) stormwater management facility (SWMF) located at approximately 381 Finkle Street north of the Woodstock District Community Complex. 

Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes: 

• Implementation of appropriate erosion and sediment controls around the facility,
• Construction of a permanent access driveway,
• Dewatering of the Community Complex (C-27) SWMF,
• Removal and disposal of sediment from the Community Complex (C-27) SWMF,
• Installation of pretreatment devices in upstream catch basins,
• Reconstruction of outlet structure and clean out of outlet pipe,
• Restoration and cleanup work, and
• Regrading and restoration of the landscaping disturbed by sediment removal activities.

This work is essential to ensure the City’s infrastructure and facilities remain safe, in a state of good repair and able to meet the City’s needs.
