The City of Woodstock invites qualified contractors to submit a design proposal for the installation of the following building elements noted in the specifications section on Page 11 of the Tender.

The intent of this tender is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services required to:

1. Removal of existing granular drainage bed, topsoil, subgrade, and concrete sidewalk as required for installation of the storage building.
2. Supply and install a 41.8m² Precast storage building complete with footings and concrete finished floor.
3. Supply and install concrete sidewalk on the north and east elevations of the building to replace the sidewalk sections removed for installation of the building.
4. Supply and installation of roofing membrane. Note: Roof membrane will not be supplied by the precast supplier, it is to be supplied and installed by GC or subcontractor.
5. Supply and installation of lighting, ventilation, and electrical components.
6. Supply and installation of double hollow metal doors and frame.
7. Supply and install new pre-finish metal gutter.
8. Complete the project following the City of Woodstock guidelines.
9. Complete project in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements.
10. Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program.
