Scope of Work:

The City of Woodstock invites qualified Contractors to submit proposals for tree cutting and tree removal services at various locations in the City of Woodstock for the year 2025. The intent of this proposal is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services required to:

• Provide 24-hour Emergency Services including holidays;
• Complete all required trimming, cabling, removals, stumping and restoration that is required by the Parks Supervisor or designate with an estimated allotted budget up to $150,000.00;
• Complete the project following the City of Woodstock Specifications;
• Complete project in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements;
• Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program.
