The City of Woodstock requires a highly qualified contractor with a good history for on time completion for the indoor Synthetic Turf Replacement at Cowan Sportsplex at 895 Ridgewood Dr, Woodstock Ontario. 

Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes:

• The removal and recycling of existing Synthetic Turf Field.
• Laser grading and compaction to a SPD of 100 of existing granular surface allowing for clearance under doors, disposal of excess granular if necessary.
• Provide compaction testing on a minimum of 4 locations or as recommended by geotechnical engineer.
• Supply and installation of goal anchors.
• Supply and installation of a new Synthetic Turf Field with all game lines and city logo as per plans and specifications.
• Installation of customer goals in place connected to goal anchors 

Access will be two (2) 9ft High X 12ft Wide overhead doors at either and of the facility. 

The facility will be closed from August 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, to facilitate the required work. All goals, benches, and bleachers will be removed by city forces prior to the commencement of work.
