Scope of Work
The work under this contract generally consists of topsoil stripping, topsoil stockpiling, earth excavation, construction of new storm and sanitary sewers/services, storm and sanitary sewer appurtenances including storm sewer headwalls, sanitary forcemain installation, watermain installation, road construction to Granular B internal and full road construction on Pattullo Avenue, topsoil spreading, grading work including a site perimeter conveyance swale and bioswale. The contract also includes construction of a stormwater management facility and outlet. The contract work is all to be completed within the Pattullo Avenue Industrial Site and external works on Pattullo Avenue located in Woodstock, Ontario.
