SCOPE OF WORK: The work under this contract generally consists of the demolition of the three storey north portion of building (building area of 4,900 ft2). Work on the three storey building to remain (building area of 4,500 ft2) includes installation of footings and support framing, removal of ground floor framing, backfilling of basement, partial new basement construction and removal and replacement of existing roofing. The tender includes provisional pricing for façade reconstruction. The design is specified and shown on construction documents as prepared by Pow Peterman Consulting Engineers. This will be a manual submission, however, Bidders must register in order to bid on the project. |
